Philatelic Webmasters Organization (PWO) is open to stamp collectors who not only collect stamps but also publish on the web, as well.
As I browse the web I continually come across awesome web sites with lots of unique characteristics and presence. I can read and learn more about my favorite hobby, often in areas I have never been explored before. Also I can view stamps I have never seen and can admire their stamp designs, learn about history and gain geographic knowledge while having fun at the same time!
As web publishers most of us have learned how to publish from scratch and along the way have used WYSIWYG programs, HTML, graphics , computer languages or scripting to best achieve what we want to get across to our readers, a world-wide audience of people who need to be introduced to our wonderful hobby if they are not currently involved in philately. As the technology advances hopefully so will our web sites.
